IT was a big weekend of grand final action for some of Goondiwindi’s best junior sporting stars. Four Goondiwindi rugby league teams made the trip to Warwick to take part in grand finals while in Goondiwindi, junior netball came to an end for another season. More details and pics inside. Proving that they were simply the best was the Goondiwindi under 11 rugby league side. 16/12/2008 | So we now have desperate parents attempting to bribe teachers to get their children into a selective high school. What a sad indictment of our education policies, the holy grail of which is parental choice.
