The Roos lost to the Emus 2 rubbers to 5 and the Jumbucks defeated the Wallabies 4 rubbers to 3, while the match between the Matildas and Wattles is undecided due to the unavailability of players to complete their games.

For the Emus, Rachael Norman just managed a win over Anna Jones in a tough contest; Rachel winning 3 games to 2, points 72-66.

Steve Irwin is proving to be more than a capable player and put Scot McColl to the test with his speed around the court, winning 4 games to 1. The match between David Mailler and Darren Muller was a battle of the giants, Darren eventually winning 3 games to 2, points 65 to 54.

Andrew McKenzie had his first loss this term, going down to Greg Cosh 2 games to 3 with only 3 points the difference 67 to 70. Peter Rickard and Mark O’Donoghue also shared the points 63 to 65, Mark winning 3 games to 2.

Jamie Knight put his apprentice Anthony Driver to the test with a 4 games to 1 win, however Anthony is improving and points difference was minor. Felicity Carrigan and Leteesha Spicer had a good match, Felicity winning 4 games to 1 in a contest that was closer than games indicate as points were 70 to 63.

Another close match was between Dewayne Wells and Angus Wilson, Angus winning 3 games to 3, points 65 to 64.
