A 29 year-old Goondiwindi man was arrested after an incident at the Goondiwindi Memorial Club on Saturday night.
He was seen to be acting in a disorderly manner and asked to leave by staff, at which point he allegedly pulled down his trousers and exposed himself.
He was charged with wilful exposure and causing a public nuisance on licensed premises and will face Goondiwindi Magistrates Court on September 2.

a 42 year-old Goondiwindi woman who was arrested for stealing from a local bottleshop.
She was charged and will face Goondiwindi Magistrate’s Court on September 2.
A 27 year-old Brisbane man was intercepted on Saturday night driving a prime-mover while allegedly in possesion of a bong and syringes.
He was charged with the possession of drug-related utensils and failing to dispose properly of a syringe.
He will appear in Goondiwindi Magistrate’s Court on September 2.
A 45 year-old Goondiwindi man was arrested on Saturday night after allegedly causing a public nuisance, obstructing police and using abusive language.
He was taken to the watch house and will appear in court on September 2.
On Friday afternoon, a 36-year-old man presented himself to the Boggabilla Police Station.
The Queensland man was arrested in relation to an outstanding traffic warrant.
He was granted conditional bail until his appearance in Boggabilla Local Court on October 8.
Goondiwindi Police would like people to be aware there has been a recent spate of thefts from backyard clothes-lines.
Anyone who sees anyone acting suspiciously and in a backyard, should contact the Goondiwindi Police.
One Goondiwindi woman who lives near the Queensland Hotel said she had put her dog outside on Saturday night because it was barking.
The next morning she discovered underwear had been been taken from the clothesline.
